Trained Plumbers Born and Based in Cornwall, PA

Masters Plumbing Service started because too many Cornwall residents were getting hit with bait-and-switch pricing from out-of-area contractors. Our founders built this company on one promise: every technician who walks through your door carries their PA plumbing license, a fully stocked service van, and the authority to quote a fixed price on the spot — before touching a single pipe.

Whether your slab is shifting and cracking drain lines, or your aging galvanized supply lines are dropping water pressure to a trickle, our team in Cornwall has seen that exact scenario before and carries the correct parts in the van to address it without a second trip.

Licensed & Bonded in PA

All field plumbers hold active PA plumbing credentials and the company carries general liability plus workers' comp.

These Warning Signs Mean You Need a Burst Pipe Repair Pro Now

Years of servicing properties across Cornwall, PA has given our techs a sharp eye for the early indicators that a small fix is about to become a four-figure repair.

Slow or gurgling drains throughout multiple fixtures — often signals a partial blockage or root intrusion in the main sewer line, not just a single clog.

Noticeably lower water pressure — in Cornwall homes with aging galvanized or copper supply lines, dropping pressure usually means scale buildup or a hidden leak upstream.

Water heater rumbling or popping sounds — sediment has layered on the tank bottom and is reducing efficiency; ignoring it accelerates tank failure.

Sewer odors inside the home — a dried P-trap or a cracked vent pipe is the typical culprit; both need professional inspection before they become a health issue.

Unexplained spike in your water bill — even a small pinhole slab leak wastes thousands of gallons monthly. If your bill jumped without a usage change, call us.

Discolored or foul-tasting tap water — corroded supply pipes or a failing water heater anode rod can introduce rust or sulfur into the line.}

Visible moisture or staining under sinks or along baseboards — even slow seeps rot subfloor material and invite mold growth quickly in humid Cornwall, PA conditions.

Running toilets that won't stop — a worn flapper or fill valve wastes roughly 200 gallons per day and is a 10-minute fix for our Cornwall technicians.

Sewer & Drain Solutions in Cornwall, PA

Slow drains rarely fix themselves. Each week of delay typically means additional root penetration or further grease accumulation, increasing the eventual clearing cost.

  • Video camera sewer line inspection
  • Root intrusion cutting and removal
  • Grease and scale clearing on commercial lines
  • Sewer line repair and spot-lining

Leak Detection & Slab Leak Repair

We use electronic acoustic detection and thermal imaging to locate leaks without tearing up concrete until we know the exact point — minimizing restoration costs.

  • Electronic acoustic slab leak detection
  • Thermal imaging for hidden leak location
  • In-slab copper line direct repair
  • Above-slab pipe rerouting
  • Epoxy lining for pinhole leak remediation

Four Reasons Cornwall Homeowners Call Us First

Plenty of plumbing contractors work in Cornwall. Here's the specific difference our customers describe when they refer us to a neighbor.

01

You Know the Price Before We Touch Anything

Hourly billing on plumbing work is a mechanism for runaway invoices. We quote the job, not the clock. If the repair takes longer than expected due to our estimate, that's our cost, not yours.

02

Fast Local Dispatch from Inside Cornwall

We maintain van rotations specifically within Cornwall zip codes so that emergency calls don't become two-hour waits.

03

Licensed Plumbing Specialists — Not General Handymen

A licensed plumber in PA has passed both state-code exams and field-hour requirements. That credential means they understand code compliance, permit requirements, and safe working procedures that unlicensed contractors skip.

04

Satisfied or We Return — No Debate

If a repair we completed has a problem attributable to our workmanship within the guarantee window, we return and fix it at zero additional charge. No escalation required — just call +1-844-833-0201 and reference your job number.

3

You See the Number and Say Yes or No

Once the diagnosis is done, you receive a written flat-rate price. If you approve, we start. If you don't, you pay nothing for the visit on emergency calls during business hours.

4

We Fix It, Test It, and Show You the Result

Work is completed with properly rated materials, tested under operating pressure, and photographed before and after. You receive a copy of the job record for your files and warranty reference.

What Cornwall Customers Ask Before They Call

These questions come directly from Cornwall customers — we pulled them from call logs and review feedback because these are the things people actually want to know before hiring a plumber.

Our Cornwall dispatch tracks technician locations in real time, so when you call, we route based on actual proximity and job type match — not a general pool. Emergency arrival times vary by traffic and distance, but our Cornwall crews are staged to stay close to residential zones.
Yes — always. After the on-site diagnosis, your tech presents a written flat-rate quote on a tablet. That price is fixed for the work described. It only changes if the actual scope changes (for example, if a pipe inspection reveals a secondary problem that wasn't visible from the initial call-in) — and any scope change requires your explicit approval before we proceed.
We handle all categories of emergency plumbing in Cornwall: burst and ruptured supply lines, sewage backup and overflow, main water line breaks, slab leaks with active flooding, gas line shutoffs and preliminary assessment, and water heater failures. The 24/7 line at +1-844-833-0201 connects you directly to our dispatch — not a call center.
We verify credentials at the beginning of every dispatch cycle. We don't use unlicensed subcontractors for any plumbing work — that's a liability exposure we don't take, and it protects you from work that doesn't pass PA code inspections.
The most common indicators in Cornwall homes are: warm spots on the floor (on a hot water line leak), unexplained spikes in the water bill without usage changes, the sound of running water when all fixtures are closed, or visible moisture along baseboards. Slab leaks in Cornwall, PA often develop in copper lines that have been in soil contact for 20+ years.
Hydro-jetting uses water at 3,500–4,000 PSI directed through a specialized nozzle to scour pipe walls clean — removing grease layers, mineral scale, and cut root material that a cable snake simply moves aside. It's appropriate for recurring drain blockages, commercial grease lines, and lines that camera inspection shows have significant buildup.
Our techs assess four factors before recommending replacement: unit age, the specific component failing, the overall sediment/corrosion condition of the tank interior (checked via flush and visual), and current energy efficiency relative to modern units. We give you the honest breakdown rather than defaulting to replacement.
Our commercial accounts in Cornwall typically operate on a scheduled service agreement that includes quarterly grease trap maintenance, annual backflow preventer testing, and on-call emergency priority. Ask about our commercial service agreements when you call +1-844-833-0201.
A typical whole-house repipe in Cornwall takes one to two days depending on the home's size and pipe layout. Our crews work in sections and keep the daily water-off window to the minimum required — most Cornwall homeowners are without water for only a portion of each workday. Drywall access points are patched (not finished) as part of the job.
The guarantee does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions in adjacent pipes or fixtures that were outside the scope of the repair we performed — but we document pre-existing conditions during the initial assessment specifically so that boundary is clear before work starts.
In Cornwall homes built before 1985 with galvanized steel supply pipes, scale buildup is the most common culprit. Galvanized pipe corrodes from the inside out, and the internal diameter shrinks year by year until pressure drops noticeably. Repiping resolves this permanently.

Cornwall was initially settled by Peter Grubb in 1734. Peter was a Chester County stonemason who came to, what was then Lancaster County, in search of high quality stone for quarrying. First building his house and then a store, he discovered magnetite iron ore nearby and decided to test its quality, he found the ore to be exceedingly pure. Grubb wrote to Philadelphia and in 1734 was granted a warrant to purchase 300 acres (1.2 km2) of land. For three years Peter followed veins of ore until he found a large deposit that was easily accessible; however, this ore was not within the bounds of his property. So in 1737 he purchased an additional 142.5 acres (0.577 km2) of land. In 1742 Peter built a cold blast furnace and named it Cornwall, after his father's birthplace in England. The Cornwall Iron Mine was, at one time, the largest open-pit mining operation in the world. They were mined continuously until June 30, 1973, totaling 236 years of production.
